I bought a beach cruiser for my wife for our wedding and Rich made sure that everything was custom and perfect. I told him what I was looking for, he gave me the catalogs to look through, and we designed the perfect bicycle for my bride. He called the company directly to make sure all the accessories would be exactly what I wanted. I also picked out a basket to add to the front--and, when he put on the first basket, it was too big, so he made the change so it was perfect when I picked it up. Also, (and I believe this is what separates Rich from other bike dealers) the seat we expected, and which he called about to confirm, was not the seat that came with the bicycle--I wanted big white seat and a little black one came. Rich tracked down a white seat with minimal time to spare and made sure the bike was exactly what I wanted, even though it meant more work for him. He went out of his way to deliver the product and I was able to pick up the bike on time. He treated me like family and he understood how important it was that I get exactly the bike I wanted as a wedding gift. I'll definitely go back to Rich for my next bike and I will recommend his shop to anyone.
